Orders will be shipped the following business day after payment is received using Australia Post. All orders will obtain a tracking number so you know where your order is. We will send an order confirmation once shipped with your tracking number. When you’re in the checkout you will have a choice of two delivery options available, Parcel Post and Express Post. Estimated shipping times below.

We will not offer a refund for change of mind or incorrect fit, so please choose your item(s) carefully. We will however offer an exchange or online credit (valid for 6 months).
We will happily refund your item(s) providing you meet the STATUTORY RIGHTS as set by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC)

If the product has been worn and seems to have a manufacturing fault, you can send it back to us to be assessed by the manufacturer. For a warranty claim you must provide a proof of purchase/order confirmation/shipping confirmation. Once the item has been assessed we will then contact you with the outcome; this can take up to 2 to 3 months.
